Virginia Eats + Drinks’ Patrick Evans-Hylton [bio LINK] is a Johnson + Wales University-trained chef who has been crafting his own spice blends for use in his savory and sweet creations for decades.

Now these unique blends, curated using fine ingredients are available for use in your kitchen. Use a pinch here, use a pinch there.

Oh, and the Reverend part? Chef Patrick is an ordained minister through Universal Life Church. Although more spiritual than religious, Chef Patrick is akin to a mix of Julia Child and Father Guido Sarducci.
